Shipping Policy for NEO The Shop

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days from order confirmation (excludes weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or personalized items: 5–7 business days before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

*Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  1. A shipment confirmation email.

  2. A tracking number and link to the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at info@neotheshop.com.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: No additional fees beyond shipping.

  • International orders: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in transit: Please save all packaging materials, take photos of the damage, and email us at info@neotheshop.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or stolen: Once a carrier marks a shipment “delivered,” we cannot replace it. Contact the carrier first; if they are unable to locate it, email us and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.


6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please double‑check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the package may be returned to us; in that case, you are responsible for reshipment costs.


7. Bulk or Wholesale Orders

For orders of 10+ items or wholesale inquiries, please email info@neotheshop.com. We can offer custom shipping rates based on weight, dimensions, and destination.


8. Holiday & Peak‑Season Shipping

During major holidays or promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and delivery times may be longer due to carrier volume. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early.
