1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within seven days of your order being delivered. For credit store or exchange, the merchandise must be new, unused and with tags attached. Clients are responsible for any return shipping fees and once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, we will send an email with the amount of the store credit. Store credit will expire after 60 days. Orders placed with any discount code, sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Accepted within seven days.

  • Orders placed with any discount code, sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@neotheshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you:

    • A prepaid return shipping label.

    • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@neotheshop.com so we can resolve the issue.

6. Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Discount code & sale items

  • Bodysuits or Swimwear

  • Jewelry and accessories

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.

9. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional days to post the refund.

Please contact info@neotheshop.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Store credit will expire after 60 days
